All sports bets are subject to the following rules in addition to the sport-specific rules displayed at the time of placing your bet.
Bet settlement: Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) result or the relevant international cricket authority applies. For PSL fixtures, the official PSL result is used regardless of any subsequent disputes or reviews not affecting the final score.
Suspended markets: ZK777 reserves the right to suspend any market before or during an event. Bets already placed on a suspended market will stand unless the event is cancelled or abandoned. Where an event is cancelled before starting, all bets are voided and stakes returned to your PKR balance.
Maximum payout: ZK777 applies a maximum payout limit per bet and per event. This limit is displayed in the sports betting interface. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding this limit may be reduced or declined at ZK777's discretion.
In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. ZK777 cannot guarantee acceptance of in-play bets during periods of high traffic. Once an in-play bet is confirmed in your bet slip, it stands regardless of subsequent score changes unless a technical error is identified.
Integrity: Any attempt to exploit obvious errors in odds, use automated betting software, or engage in match-fixing related activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
